Why do we do this because the client does not feel hindered thinking that if he/she discusses new avenues and create an open dialosue without the need to be mindful of fees acruing. This has encouraged our clients to openly discuss commercial opportunities because there are many pitfalls which need to be considered. We see this as engaging the client and building a true relationship which makes a tangible difference than a traditional compliance orientated practice.
